Way too slow delivery

Response by staff : Please note the items you ordered were on a pre order basis. Our policies are very transparent and the timelines of delivery have been mentioned on the product page. We would also like to make you aware the product was sourced for you from Canada and delivered to you at fair price.

I am extremely happy with StyleDotty but there is this one package that has no progressed at all. Since my emails and whatsalp has no response I am forced to ask this here. You said 4 weeks for pre-orders. My order has been 6 weeks now. No updates or delays reported. I think this has been forgotten. Styledotty please help. And make your communication chanel more accessible please. You are not selling cheap products. They are 4 figured products and customers need reassurance. Kindly do something. Thank you
