Was really skeptic at first about making this kind of international purchase as I usually shop from Amazon. Although, I went through some issues such as customs hold on the package due to the address proof complications and the DTDC showing status as delivered though i have not received the product, the customer support has been very responsible throughout till the ordered products reached my doorstep.
