Since customs clearance is done in advance we require our customers to present one form of identity and address proof. Please only use the same shipping address as KYC documents like Aadhar/Passport/Voter id.  Any queries related to KYC should be emailed to cs@styledotty.com

Customers can also submit their family member's KYC if required. Shipment will be rebooked accordingly.

The below KYC will be required to be sent to the courier company as a one-time registration with the customs portal.

Please provide any ONE of the following documents as Id and Address Proof. The address proof should match the delivery address mentioned on your shipment

• a) Aadhar Card
• b) PAN Card * ( Additional address proof is required if Pan is submitted )
• c) Voter ID
• d) Passport

Delivery Timelines when correct KYC is provided :

Delivery timelines for items sourced from UK: 7-10 days

Delivery timelines for backordered items:  4 weeks

If KYC is not submitted on time, delivery timelines may vary as shipments will be processed through NON-Express courier services. In such cases, in-stock items will be delivered within 15-18 days, while pre-order items may take up to 6 weeks. We strongly encourage potential buyers to email us in advance with the product they intend to purchase and inquire about expected timelines before placing their order.
