Oil-Minimizing Toner is a lightweight toner that refreshes skin and controls shine. Infused with Salicylic Acid which gently exfoliates, brightens, purifies, smoothens and minimises pores while Witch Hazel tightens pores. Papaya Fruit Extract retextures and resurfaces skin and Colloidal Oatmeal soothes, calms and relieves stressed skin. Thus, the skin feels purified, cleansed and less oily. Suitable for Oily Skin, Combination Skin. Apply SPF in the morning, to avoid skin sensitivity.
