Initially I was unaware that this site is genuine. After seeing a few reviews on youtube, I decided to give a try. As soon as I placed order, customer service immediately mailed about what I must upload and also their responses to my mails were so prompt and quick (in their working hours). Then I realised that the style dotty's team really takes responsibility for customers, which increased my hopes.
The delivery experience was amazing, thanks to the wonderful teams of both style dotty and DTDC. Never imagined of deliveries from London to Delhi and to our locations subsequently, to be this fast. Also received a couple of free samples each for 2 of the orders. Special thanks for the Tatcha rice polish sample. And the hand written cards are so endearing. Overall, the parcels which were received felt like not just orders but personal gifts. Thank you so much style dotty, for removing our suspicions as well as exceeding our expectations. Areas of improvement: website loading time needs to be improved. Interface can be more attractive and user friendly, especially with fonts and font size.

Initially, I was doubtful about the site and also SD team mentioned they deliver within 6 to 8 days.

Giving it a thought just to check whether they are genuine or not, I bought a moisturizer and YES, I got that product within a week itself without any damages .

It’s so unreal I got my Colorescience product within 4days from UK. Also as a token of love/gift SD team actually sent me Colorescience Bronze which is not an cheap product to be given out as gift. I am so happy with my purchase. Best Service and even faster delivery. What else can I ask for
