Comtes de Provence Organic Fig Jam is a premium French preserve crafted with high fruit content for an authentic, rich flavor. Made with approximately 64% organic figs, this jam delivers the naturally sweet, slightly honeyed taste of ripe figs in every spoonful.

Prepared in traditional cauldrons, the slow-cooking method helps preserve the fruit’s deep aroma and smooth, luscious texture. The recipe is simple and clean, featuring organic figs (62.95%), organic cane sugar, organic concentrated lemon juice as an acidifier, and fruit pectin as a natural gelling agent.

Certified organic and made from carefully selected ingredients sourced from organic farming, this fig jam is perfect for spreading on toast, pairing with cheese, adding to pastries, or enhancing gourmet recipes.
