Cooked in a cauldron using time-honored methods, this recipe is prepared with 64g of fruit per 100g of finished product, highlighting the vibrant flavor and aroma of carefully selected organic strawberries. With a total sugar content of 42–43g per 100g, it offers a perfectly balanced taste that lets the fruit shine.

Made from organic farming ingredients, this jam uses non-amidated fruit pectin for a natural set and concentrated lemon juice for gentle acidity and freshness.

Perfect for breakfast toast, yogurt, pastries, or pairing with desserts, it delivers authentic Provençal craftsmanship with a lighter sweetness.
