Made with 70% rapeseed oil, 7.5% Dijon mustard, and 6.2% pasteurized free-range egg yolks, this creamy mayonnaise offers a rich, velvety texture. Enhanced with pink peppercorns and black pepper, it delivers a subtle yet distinctive peppery note that elevates every bite. A touch of carrot extract adds natural color, while lemon juice and white wine vinegar provide perfect balance.

Rapeseed oil (70%), water, Dijon mustard (7.5%) (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), pasteurized free-range egg yolks (6.2%), spirit vinegar, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, pink peppercorns, black pepper, carrot extract, concentrated lemon juice, natural flavoring, thickener (xanthan gum).
