Made with 69% rapeseed oil produced in France and pasteurized free-range egg yolks from France (5%), this classic mayonnaise offers a velvety consistency and authentic homemade-style taste. The addition of Dijon mustard (5.9%), white wine vinegar, and lemon juice provides a delicate tang that enhances both everyday meals and gourmet recipes.

Rapeseed oil (69%), water, Dijon mustard (5.9%) (water, mustard seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt), pasteurized free-range egg yolks (5%), vinegars (alcohol vinegar, white wine vinegar), lemon juice from concentrate, salt, modified starch, thickener (xanthan gum), sugar, flavorings, color (beta-carotene).
