All products purchased on Styledotty web portal are genuine and supplied by globally renowned distributors, trading houses and boutiques. We only source products from top tier European names and are committed to provide our customers quality products. We believe in respecting the protection of brands identity and intellectual property.
Styledotty keeps a record of all purchases which can be tracked and verified at any point of time. Further we have also provided a certilogo verification service for our clients whereby the products authenticity can be checked by customers by using the CLG code provided with the purchase on www.certilogo.com
Please note certilogo is only available on selected designers.
All products purchased through our western partners are automatically insured for any damage in transit. The products are checked in UK and India dispatch facilities to assess the quality. In the event if any product is received damaged it will be returned to seller and either new order will be made or a full refund will be offered to the customer.

What payment methods can I pay ?
We accept majority of Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallet .
We regret to inform that COD payment is not more available as a payment mode.
When can I expect my order to be processed and delivered?
All order are processed within 24 hours of payments receipt. Majority of the delays occurs from the end supplier and customs clearance including transit. We target 10-15 business days for the product to be delivered. Wherever deemed necessary Styledotty will fast track the shipments.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your Order is going to, but also the name of its recipient. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your Order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
All parcels will be delivered by us and will require a signature on delivery.

What is the delivery cost?
Styledotty offers free delivery across India. All prices displayed are inclusive Import duties, Taxes and Shipping.
Why do I have to pay custom duties?
Any product imported by a consumer or business in India is liable for import duties with the exception of products which are gifted by relatives. The price displayed of all the products on the website are inclusive Import duties, taxes and shipping to India. Please send us email for any specific requests or assisted purchase.
What is you refunds and returns policy?
Styledotty will gladly issue a refund or exchange if;
The product received by customer has been damaged in transit.
Product varies from actual material specification or sizing mentioned during the time of sale.
Request for refund has been made within 30 days of receipt of item provided the product is faulty.
We are strongly committed to deliver world class online shopping experience to our customers and hence also offer goodwill returns policy in exceptional cases to frequent shoppers with a genuine grievance. Our goodwill returns policy states a customer may return the items and apply for a refund for items he/she doesn’t require anymore. We may consider the request however not legally required to grant such request. The goodwill returns policy is 100% discretionary and authorized by Head of Customer Services.
Products must be returned in a saleable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with garment tags and any other security devices or seals still attached and intact. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make the any deductions if there are indications that the Product, its tags, security devices or seals having been used, removed, broken or tampered with.
Please note that your right to cancel or return a Product does not apply to personalised, perishable or time critical Products. The following list provides some non-exhaustive examples of Products you cannot cancel or return:

Where lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics and earrings are protected by hygiene seals, you are required to take reasonable care by not removing the hygiene seals. Refunds will not be provided if the hygiene seals have been removed, broken or tampered with.
Styledotty sources its products from European boutiques and distributors. Whilst our suppliers have an extraordinary track record in fulfilling the orders, there may be exceptional circumstances whereby products sold on our website may not be available due to
Supplier product inventory error.
Festive season sale.
Product may have been damaged in transit and is not more available for sale.
If the above situation arises then the customer will be entitled for a ‘FULL REFUND’.
How long does it take to receive my refund or process exchange?
Once a refund request has been approved, Styledotty will authorize the release of payment in the same mode as the initial purchase was made. Usually is takes 3-5 business days for payments to reach customer accounts.
How can I track my order?
Styledotty keeps its customer updated through emails at regular intervals. If a detailed tracking request is required please email customer service who will be more than happy to assist with queries.
Do you ship International?
Yes! Although we are currently focused on catering Indian clients we will be more than happy to fulfill international customer orders. Shipping is free and merchandise will be shipped from our UK warehouse facility. All international customers will be responsible for the import duties or customs charges with the exception of EU countries.

Where are your goods stocked?
All of our merchandise is stocked in London which is our prime point to dispatch goods worldwide.
We do not stock any goods in India at the moment.
Who do I contact for Warranty Service?
All products sold by Styledotty, wherever applicable the warranty is covered by our distributors.
For products which fall under International warranty you may approach your local dealer. If the products are not covered under International warranty the first point of contact will be Styledotty.
Cosmetics Order, Delivery and Stock Query?
Styledotty.com does not stock any cosmetics in India. All cosmetics are stocked at our UK and US warehouse. If there is any special purchase request please send email to customer services and we will get back with a quote to you. Delivery timelines vary from 10-15 working days. All products are custom cleared on behalf of the customer and delivered to their Indian address. Our delivery partners require KYC ( ID Proof ) for delivery to Indian clients.
